You can choose from one of the routes in and around Graz that we explore together during your waldzeit-coaching.
Route North - Views and Forest
On this route, we enjoy wide views and head into the forest.
-
Meeting point: at the "Stift Rein" bus stop in Gratwein-Straßengel.
Route South - Along the Mur River
On this route, we walk on level ground (no incline) straight along the Mur River. Here, water is our companion, and while there are a few trees, we are not in the forest.
-
Meeting point: at the Graz-Feldkirchen airport train station - reachable from the main train station in thirteen minutes with the S5.
Route West - Up the Plabutsch
This route takes us up the small mountain in the west of Graz and involves a steep climb. In a single waldzeit coaching session, we won’t reach the top, as the journey and the coaching are the goals.
-
Meeting point: in front of the Holzhof - reachable from the main train station in thirteen minutes with line 1.
Route East
Coming soon.
We adjust our pace to match the coaching process. In waldzeit-coaching, we use mindful, strength-based methods to help you gain more clarity, direction, and perspective.
